Refund Policy

LIMNMEDIA LLC strives to provide high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy describes how refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are handled.

Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging where applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, LIMNMEDIA will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, LIMNMEDIA may:

  • Replace the item
  • Repair the item
  • Issue a full or partial refund

Photographs or additional information may be requested to verify the issue.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable files, software, educational materials, and digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases involving technical failures or accidental duplicate purchases.

Services and Consulting

Consulting services, training, and custom work are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

If a project is canceled before work starts, a refund may be issued less any non-refundable processing fees or costs already incurred.

Preorders and Deposits

Certain products may be offered as preorders or require deposits.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • Preorders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment.
  • Deposits for custom or special-order work may be non-refundable once production has commenced.

Additional terms may apply to specific products, campaigns, or projects.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, although actual timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
