LIMNMEDIA - Boom Head Hinge Pin
This set is a quick one—showing the 10mm pin used for the hinge at the end of the boom.

Notes
I was able to source a pin at the correct length, which replaces the longer hardened shafts I was using earlier.
This is a much better fit for the application:
- no cutting required
- easier to work with
- more practical overall
⸻
Context
This pin becomes the pivot point for the boom head hinge, tying together the hinge blocks at the end of the boom.
It’s a small detail, but an important one—the entire head assembly rotates around this axis.

Why This Matters
This is a good example of simplifying the build:
- moving away from overbuilt components
- toward something more appropriate and accessible
Same function, cleaner solution.
